Global warming, El Niņo, La Niņa, another ice age, greenhouse effect, volcanos, earthquakes, disappearing rainforests, fire, floods, droughts, possible asteroid strike...these are but a few of the possibilities in store for humanity over the next century. While some claim Armageddon approaches and others claim that these are just natural disasters, the increasing frequency of disasters makes one wonder if Mother Earth is finally getting even.
